Principal Offshore Marine Supervisor

The Principal Offshore Marine Supervisor represents the OCT offshore, providing real-time supervision, verification, and assurance of marine activities at the worksite. This role reports directly to the OCT Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise marine operations at the BN offshore worksite (outside the 5000m EZ) and liaise with Bonga Main inside the 5000m zone.

• Observe vessel positioning, approaches, and station-keeping for BN vessels.

• Conduct offshore vessel inspections as required for BN vessels.

• Verify compliance with approved marine plans and procedures for BN vessels.

• Supervise BN vessel-to-vessel bunkering operations.

• Exercise stop-work authority whenever unsafe conditions arise.

• Provide timely, factual feedback to the MOC and OCT Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/Certification: Minimum of a Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 foreign-going Certificate of Competency.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
